The Recruitment Screening Process
At Hotel and Catering Personnel we provide a thorough screening process on each one of our candidates from the point of receiving their resume to the point of placement. Once we have received a CV, we set up our own interview and from this point gauge whether the candidate is suitable to be put forward for any position we have available. Once the initial interview is completed and the candidate pass our rigorous questioning, our staff then perform the necessary checks prior to us recommending the candidate for employment.
